love-hate

You love hating me,
I love your hate too,
It’s purer than their love!

BULLA'S TALK- INDIVIDUAL-INDIVISIBLE

“But why do you speak only to me?”, the individual asked as Bulla had not spoken for a long time, and he wanted him to speak. “Because you’re an individual”, replied Bulla, and just when he was about to relapse deep into the ocean of silence, the individual put to him another question. “And what do you mean when you say that?”, the individual asked in a desperate attempt to keep him on surface. “What do I mean?”, Don’t you see your tremendous capacity to sin? You’re free, and hence also free to see it’s futility. “And the virtuous ones, why don’t you speak to them?”,asked the individual, determined to keep him talking. “Where will they go when they grow bored with their virtues? Sooner or later, most of them will come to where you stand, but that day has not yet come, and hence, they can’t hear. The few others, who’ll not turn towards you, will never need to hear me either, as they’ll be courageous enough to destroy themselves when the insipidity of boredom becomes too much to bear in their paradise. To you I can speak because you don’t belong to any side and as such, you're "indivisible". In your freedom you’ve tasted virtues and devoured vices, in your freedom you’ve grown bored with them, and in your freedom you’ve begun to see, their futility! So where are you going to go? I am your DESTINY. THUS REPLIED BULLA AND DROWNED AGAIN IN SILENCE.

THE LAUGHING BULLA

And when Bulla broke out laughing at the sight of people bowing down in reverence to the BUDDHA, the individual couldn't help asking why he laughed. "They revere him as the nicest man present in their midst and behave as if they know him very well, but if they had the slightest inkling of what he refers to, they'd run away like wild horses and never want to come back", replied BULLA

FIGHTING A FLOWER...

I thought i could find a substitute,
but, i left a place n my heart turned mute,
And don't you see that nothing makes me write...?
the dawn breaks, my eyes see the light,
i wait for the muse until it is night,
hues all lost, its black and white,
N i can stand against the whole wide world,
but A FLOWER i cannot fight...:)!

SANITY-INSANITY...

when i hear the morning birds sing in their mirth,
when i see an untouched soul who's just taken birth,
When I watch the dancing stars- dots in the boundless space,
and feel this cosmos holding me too, in its loving embrace
when I turn to all the hues
and find that I have eyes
how much do I want to sing
to convey my sense of surprise
I did nothing to have it all,
and yet, it is true…
So to show my gratitude
I just say "I love you",
And when no trace of craziness they ever see in me,
of my sanity i get reassured,
and if that be insanity, may i never be cured:)

The Beloved One

Can't fit into "sane",
"sanity" being a constricted space,
Not insane, but fail to hide,
as they fail to see my inner vibe.

how long will this continue?
i pass through a tunnel-lights toO dim,
barren hopes die...
but i still look for him.

LONG TIME back,
when i was through,
eyes closed in hope
to see the unseen,
Alas! when it showed, i clung to the seen...
What a pity!

Beloved died when I was four
i never feel my love's no more...
but, if I go mad,
who'd be my cure?

is "love" the right word?
though use it i must!
knowing not any other...
But i also love flowers, showers, pretty girls and my mother...

but no one knows
nor understands
what it "is" between the beloved and me-
my heart burns, desperately yearns
to sit at his feet and just let it be...

Never have my eyes seen
nor have my ears ever heard
such "beauty",
and i can't "love" anyone

i LOVE my beloved
He occupies my head, and my heart
marks my end and my start
aha!!

they say he died when i was four,
but without him i'd be no more
for i see nothing, nothing so pure,
now what will make me cry?
On his lap I could blissfully die!

LAW COLLEGE RHYME.

Battered, shattered, ruptured, “grin”
Only, thing that, matters, “sin”
Nutty, Smutty, scummy, “unclean”
Only, thing that, matters, “skin”

Shitty, gritty, full of “dust”
Only thing that matters, “lust”
Tony, Johny, Rohnie “must”
What matters, who does it “first”

Politics, date-fix, power speaks
Young boys, hot girls- hunks and chicks
Break-ups, patch-ups-a couple of weeks
What matters, who wakes, who sleeps.

She’s sultry and that one’s “cute”
Come let’s screw her attitude,
Speak up boy don’t be so mute
Or at least just play a “snoot”!

Glass, grass; a screwed-up “class”
What truly matters comes “last”
Rayban, Reebok, Addidas
Get-up guys, gotta have a “blast”

punk, hard-rock; pop- hip-hop
Some more fags from the nearby shop
Bloodshot eyes, but, hearts won’t stop
Hoo..ha..haa..haa...O’ shut up!!!

Projects, snap-tests, mid-term-n-term,
Paste-up, mug-up; gotta get top firm!
Tell yourself to sign a pact
Sell your “self” be an intellect.

Good grades come with good “price tags”
“Jacks” are gonna be judged by “cracks”.
Each shot offers three “retakes”
You can do it, just relax!!

Pedagogues come, harping on “law”
Cattle chewing on gobbled-up straw
Sit and wonder who’s at flaw?
Then, doze off; be an outlaw!

Greet everyone; wear a smile,
Phoniness a patent style,
Hide yourself, behind the guile,
See it works, one can go miles...

As and when, an axe to grind,
To all rights and wrongs turn blind!
Screw all scruples, they confuse,
If you can’t win, they must loose!

Like it or not, it’s a race,
What matters, who quits who stays.
If you, like it, why, make a fuss?
Just do, what, everyone does!

No voice, no whys, truths or lies,
What all think- “virtue or vice”.
“All IS WELL” for a paltry price,
What matters is, “WHO SURVIVES!”
